Light to heal the soul

I walked through a dark forest 

Searching for a light to heal my soul

Pain and heaterd everwhere 

I searched for a love that will heal my soul

Years and years i wandered in the depths of darkness

Longing for a light that will guide me to purity

Pain, longing and sorrow i saw there 

Not knowing how to end my torture

Then suddenly a butterfly came admist the trees

Spread its wing like an angel from heaven

It circled around me like draining my sorrows 

Finaly i felt it was a light to heal my soul

It flew in front of me as if guiding me to sanity

Oh no doubt it was a light to heal my soul

I followed it like a traveller following a bright star

It was a hope that sprung a new light in me 

A light that dominated all the dark in me

I finaly found a way to escape the sorrowfull place

I let the hope dominate my insides 

And finaly when it dominated i found a light that healed my soul
